A Day in the Life of a Teller

As the first point of contact for the majority of our members, your primary role will be to contribute to the success and reputation of SWCU. All your actions in interacting with members and accommodating their requests will be delivered in an upbeat, knowledgeable, and timely manner following all SWCU policies and procedures. As a powerful team member, you will eagerly take on all service opportunities - from the easy going to the challenging. Process member transactions, such as deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, Visa payments, money orders and check cashing. In addition you will open new accounts, research members accounts on the bank system, place appropriate check holds, and balancing cash drawer daily. Being the ambitious learner that you are, you will assist in loan application review and appropriately cross-sell SWCU's amazing products and services. Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent

Teller experience preferred

Basic math skills

Basic computer skills

Attention to details

Professional

Outgoing and welcoming personality

Ability to work all operating hours Including Saturdays

Bilingual would be helpful but not required.
